Who are your services intended for?

We primarily support Dynamics 365 Business Central partners in the UK, Germany, Canada, and the US who need expert assistance in implementing Continia solutions for their clients. We also work directly with end customers, especially when they require specialized guidance and a smooth implementation process.

What does your implementation process look like?

Every project begins with a functional analysis session to understand the client’s specific requirements, workflows, and business context. Based on this, we prepare a detailed proposal and timeline. Upon approval, we proceed with configuration, testing, training, and go-live — often entirely remotely unless on-site presence is requested.

Do you offer on-site implementation or only remote services?

Our implementation services are designed to be delivered efficiently and effectively in a fully remote setup. This allows us to work with partners and clients across different countries without unnecessary delays or travel-related costs.
However, we understand that certain project phases — such as workshops, process mapping, or go-live support — may occasionally benefit from on-site presence, and we remain open to such engagements when clearly justified and mutually agreed.

What makes your service different from standard implementation partners?

We work exclusively with Continia solutions and nothing else. This specialization allows us to go deeper where others stay generic — we know the product inside out and implement it with real-life finance processes in mind. Our approach is practical: we start with an analysis session, understand the actual workflows, and configure the solution to fit them precisely. We're not here to "install and leave" — we build systems that work for the people using them every day.

How long does the implementation take?

Implementation timelines depend on several factors, including the number of users, document volume, complexity of approval workflows, and whether integration with additional systems is required. For standard deployments — such as a core setup of Continia Document Capture or Expense Management — implementation typically takes 5 to 10 working days.

Projects involving more complex scenarios (e.g. multi-company environments, advanced routing logic, or local regulatory requirements) may require additional time. We also factor in time for end-user training and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which are essential to ensure the solution is fully understood, properly adopted, and tested in real-world conditions.

The process always starts with a structured analysis session to define scope, estimate the duration, and agree on priorities. We deliver most projects remotely and work in clear stages: configuration, testing, training, UAT, and go-live — ensuring a smooth and predictable rollout from start to finish.
